Prequalification: 507 East Main Street, Torrington Clinical Practice Relocation
UConn Health (UCH) will be renovating approximately 11,500 square feet over two floors of existing commercial space at 507 East Main Street, Torrington, CT to relocate UCH’s existing Torrington Medical Clinic. The renovation will create Internal Medicine and Multispecialty clinical practices consisting of Orthopedics, Women’s Health, X-Ray Imaging and Perfusion (Blood Draw) clinics, entailing but not limited to patient exam rooms, x-ray room, offices, reception and check in/out areas, staff break room, clean/soiled rooms and other related support spaces. Applicants must be prequalified by the Department of Administrative Services (DAS), for the Classification of GENERAL BUILDING CONSTRUCTION (GROUP C) to participate in this Prequalification Application.
