6-month extension ($18,239.99/mo.) to Sole Economically Feasible Solution with JEMM Technologies LLC. JEMM Technologies LLC will provide database development services for the proprietary ePeriNet Management Information System (MIS), allowing the State to collect data from network hospitals serving mothers and infants at risk of experiencing poor health outcomes. Access to this data increases the State's capacity to monitor and provide technical assistance to improve the quality of the care supplied to these populations during the birthing process. The Illinois Department of Public Health is currently in the process of replacing this system with a new vendor; utilizing the current vendor for services will bridge the gap between the existing system and the permanent Request for Proposal solution and provide the most economically feasible solution.
