REQUEST FOR Qualifications 26096
OPM Services for City Projects as needed
Pursuant to MGL c. 149, § 44A½, the City of Gloucester is seeking qualifications for professional OPM Services as needed. The scope of work includes providing advice, consultation and oversight with construction. The RFQ package will be available on April 15, 2026 on bidnet direct. https://www.bidnetdirect.com/massachusetts/gloucesterma. Proposals will be due and opened electronically on May 6, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. on bidnet direct. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to accept that which is deemed in the best interest of the City. The City shall not be responsible for proposals arriving late for any reason.
