Project Description: Notice is hereby given that the CITY OF COTTONWOOD HEIGHTS (OWNER) will accept bids
for the construction of the 3000 EAST & BCC TRAIL CROSSWALK PROJECT - PROJECT #
006.26 - according to Drawings and Specifications prepared by the ENGINEER, and described in
general as:
The work includes furnishing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and services
required for the construction of the below described project, located in Cottonwood Heights.
Work includes mobilization, traffic control, and maintenance of traffic; Rotomilling to specified
depth; Crack Sealing as necessary; Placing of Hot Mix Asphalt Overlay;
Adjusting utility lids to grade; Repairing or reconstructing pedestrian access ramps as specified;
Reconstructing curb and gutter and sidewalk where agreed upon with engineer; establishing
pavement marking paint and MMA as specified in plan; and all related appurtenant work to the
Project.
CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be examined beginning on May 11
th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the
City Offices, 2277 E. Bengal Blvd., Cottonwood Heights; request for a copy of CONTRACT
DOCUMENTS shall be submitted via email to Adam Ginsberg at aginsberg@ch.utah.gov
Separate sealed bids will be received by the OWNER in their office located at 2277 East Bengal
Boulevard, Cottonwood Heights, Utah 84121 until 2:00 p.m. on May 28
th, 2026, and then at said
office publicly opened and read aloud. Bids shall be addressed and delivered to Cottonwood
Heights Recorder, prior to the Bid Opening.
Bid security in the amount of 5% of the base bid will be required to accompany bids.
All questions relative to the project shall be submitted via email to Adam Ginsberg at
aginsberg@ch.utah.gov
The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids; or to accept or reject the whole or any
part of any bid; or to waive any informality or technicality in any bid in the best interest of the City.
Only bids giving a firm quotation properly signed will be accepted.
