Issued Date: 18 November 2025 - Closing Date: 5 December 2025

MARKET SURVEY - SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS: The Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane Division (NSWC-CR) is issuing this RFl/sources sought announcement as part of market survey seeking information on commercially available or developmental solutions for a Clip On Filter for Night Vision Goggles (NVGs) to block interfering laser radiation from accompanying vehicle Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR) navigation systems. The laser interferes with nearby operating force’s ability to use NVGs. Anticipated solution is using a notch filter to block the unwanted wavelengths from penetrating the objective of the NVG.
