NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD CONTRACT UNDER A NATIONAL COOPERATIVE PURCHASING AGREEMENT
Contract Title: GENERAL LAB SUPPLIES, EQUIPMENT & DISTRIBUTION SERVICES.
The Bergen County Utilities Authority intends to participate in the OMNIA Partners Cooperative Purchasing Agreement contract for General Lab Supplies, Equipment & Distribution Services (Contract Number 2021002889) for an amount not to exceed the total sum of $200,000.00.
Information regarding the contract may be found at the office of the Executive Director, Bergen County Utilities Authority, Foot of Mehrhof Road, Little Ferry, NJ 07643, during regular business hours, as well as on the OMNIA Partners website at: https://www.omniapartners.com/suppliers/fisher-scientific/public-sector
The Bergen County Utilities Authority anticipates joining the OMNIA Partners Cooperative contract on February 27, 2026.
The OMNIA Partners Cooperative contract term is from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2029.
The Contract Period for the Bergen County Utilities Authority: February 27, 2026 – February 26, 2027
It is the intent of the Chairman or his designee to make a contract award to Fisher Scientific Company, LLC, pursuant to the proposal submitted in response to the OMNIA Partners Cooperative Request for Proposals.
The Bergen County Utilities Authority is permitted to join national cooperative purchasing agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3).
