Description: This RFP is a citywide contract.
The DOE is seeking a Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to solicit Automated External Defibrillator (AED) and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Training Services and AED Device Management Services, specifically operational and medical oversight of the DOE’s Public Access Defibrillation Program to ensure compliance with State Education Law Section 917.
This Proposal will be evaluated by a three or five-member evaluation committee. The evaluation committee's size will depend on the number of responses received and the DOE's best interest.
The committee will use the criteria listed on the RFP to evaluate each vendor (proposal). These services are being contracted out because the DOE does not have the appropriate equipment, licenses, or trained staff to perform this work.
