The purpose of this Unsealed Invitation for Bids (UIFB) is to establish a contract with one (1) qualified bidder for the spot purchase of three (3) remote controlled aircraft tugs per the specifications, terms, and conditions listed herein. This solicitation is for brand name or equivalent and the unit price must include all shipping/handling charged FOB Destination to 7521 Airfield Drive, North Chesterfield, VA, 23237. The award will be made on a grand total basis (see award clause for further information).
