The Department intends to award up to six (6) contracts, one (1) per Department location (1. Boise Central Office, 2. Boise Westgate, 3. Mountain Home, 4. Caldwell, 5. Payette and 6. Twin Falls), from this Request For Quotation (RFQ). Responses to this RFQ may be submitted for one (1) location, up to all six (6) locations for the services required by the Department. The quotes received for each location will be evaluated per location.
