Project Description: Susquehanna Area Regional Airport Authority (SARAA) is requesting proposals to provide an ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEM (ACS) UPGRADE & IDENTITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (IDMS) IMPLEMENTATION at Harrisburg International Airport (HIA) by 3:00 pm, May 13, 2025, at which time they shall be opened.
The scope of work is generally described as determining the most appropriate system for completing the described improvements to the Airport’s existing access control system and adding an Identity Management System.
Copies of the Request for Proposals may be obtained from PennBid (www.PennBid.net) at no cost.
Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals, to waive any and all informalities and the right to reject all non-conforming, non-responsive or conditional proposals, in the Owners sole discretion. The Owner assumes no responsibility for proposals not received.
