The BRA requests responses to Proposal for services to provide fully-insured Medical/Rx and Dental insurance coverage. BRA’s current Medical and Rx provider is Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas (BCBSTX) with a December 31, 2025 contract end date. BRA’s current Dental provider is BCBSTX.
