The Brazos Valley Council of Governments (BVCOG), issoliciting proposals from experienced and qualified vendors to providetransportation planning services to create and update the Brazos Valley 5-yearRegional Coordinated Transportation Plan.

The update will be prepared with the active involvementof, and consultation with, public, private, and non-profit transportationproviders, transportation users, and stakeholders throughout the Brazos Valley.This plan will comply with requirements outlined in the TxDOT Coordination PlanGuidebook and align with state and federal regulations, including FederalTransit Administration Section 5310. The plan provides strategies for meetingthe local needs, prioritizes funding, and identifies strategies to improvecoordination between transportation providers.
