The City of Warner Robins invites the submission of bids for temporary fencing for the 42nd Annual Independence Day Celebration at McConnell-Talbert Stadium on Saturday, June 28th.
It will be held in the parking lot of McConnell-Talbert Stadium, 400 S. Davis Dr., Warner Robins, GA, 31088. It will last from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m., with gates opening at 5 p.m. No tickets are required. The event is family friendly and open to all.
Delivery and Setup can begin Wednesday, June 25th at 9:00 a.m. Eastern time. All assets must be removed by end of day Monday, June 30th.
All questions must be submitted through IonWave by Wednesday, March 19, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern time.
All questions will be answered through IonWave by Friday, March 21, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern time.
Each prospective bidder must upload and submit your bid with all required documents through IonWave by the designated date and time of Monday, March 24, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern time.
The successful bidder shall give satisfactory evidence to the City of Warner Robins that they and/or sub-contractor carries Worker’s Compensation, in accordance with State Worker's Compensation Laws, and public liability and property damage insurance in sufficient amounts to ensure adequate coverage of the work, with the following minimum amounts acceptable:
  • COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY: 1 Million / 2 Million
  • COMPREHENSIVE VEHICLE LIABILITY: 1 Million
  • UMBRELLA LIABILITY: 1 Million minimum
  • WORKER'S COMPENSATION: Statutory (only with 3+ employees)
No work shall begin unless and until all insurance certificates are received and a purchase order has been issued.
The bid if awarded, will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price, availability and other factors considered.
The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to accept none, all, or any part of the bid, and to waive all formalities.
