Request for Proposal Announcement of Linn County Board of Commissioners Resolution & Order 2025-132, authorizing distribution of RFP 2025-132 for Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) Services – Crisis Stabilization Center.

Summary: The Linn County Health Services Office (“County”) is currently accepting proposals from qualified firms to provide CM/GC Services. The County intends but is not required to select a firm or firms to provide preconstruction and construction related services for the Crisis Stabilization Center project. The successful firm will report directly to the Health Services Contract Manager, or their designee, during the project.
