OSPI intends to award sole source contract to the Washington School Principals Education Foundation for the period of September 2026, through June 30, 2027. The purpose of this contract is to assist the Teacher and Principal Evaluation Program (TPEP) in implementing professional development designed to strengthen principal mentors statewide. ensure novice principals and assistant principals (APs) receive robust mentoring that supports their growth and retention from trained mentors
