NOTICE OF INTENT TO ESTABLISH A CONTRACT OR PRICE AGREEMENT

THROUGH AN INTERSTATE COOPERATIVE PROCUREMENT

ADVERTISEMENT

LINN COUNTY HEREBY declares this Notice of Intent to Award a Contract to Power Systems West through the use of an Interstate Cooperative Procurement pursuant to ORS 279A.220.

Procurement Description: Industrial Generator 150REOXJF, Diesel Generator

Estimated Cost of Procurement: $63,705.20 including shipping and start-up costs.

Cooperative Agency: Sourcewell

Written comments may be submitted to Linn County for consideration about this matter and must be received by 12:00 PM on November 8, 2024.

Linn County shall not consider any comments submitted after the deadline established in this Notice.
