This is a Brand Name or Equal Solicitation.

The offeror submits the brand name or equal product, including all technical specifications/documentation, to prove equal status. If you have an equal product that can be used for the request. Please include the specifications of your equipment.

The vendor shall be an OEM, authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller for the proposed medical supplies, medical equipment, and/or services contracts for maintenance of medical equipment (i.e. replacement parts), verified by an authorization letter or other documents from the OEM, such that the OEM s warranty and service are provided and maintained by the OEM. All software licensing, warranty and service associated with the medical supplies, medical equipment, and/or services contracts for maintenance of medical equipment shall be in accordance with the OEM terms and conditions.
The Government will award a contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible offeror whose quote represents the lowest price acceptable for the government. Quotations shall be received no later than 11AM EST on December 06, 2024. Late submissions shall be treated in accordance with the solicitation provision at FAR 52.212-1(f) and will not be evaluated. Quotations shall be submitted via email to Ronnie Gregory at Ronnie.Gregory@va.gov.
