External Audit Services

The San Joaquin Delta Community College District (“District”) on behalf of the Board of Trustees will accept proposals from qualified individuals or firms (individually, a “Bidder” and collectively, “Bidders”) for professional services for External Audit Services (“Project”).

The District is part of the statewide California Community College System, and currently serves over 26,000 students annually. The District is comprised of the Stockton Main Campus, the South Campus at Mountain House, and the Manteca Center. The District is governed by a Board of Trustees (the “Board”), consisting of seven voting members, elected from trustee areas in general elections throughout the District, and a Student Representative, appointed by Student Government. The Board exists under and derives its powers from the California Constitution and the acts of the State Legislature, and it derives its authority from the California Education Code.
