TOS - Task Order Solicitation
Description
The City of Los Angeles Department of City Planning (DCP) is requesting proposals from a pre-qualified consultant (Consultant) to undertake the appropriate environmental review, under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), for code amendments to implement the 2021-2029 Housing Element and support housing production. Environmental clearance will comply with State CEQA Guidelines, Statutes, Regulations, and any other current and applicable laws and provisions. This Task Order Solicitation (TOS) is only for pre-qualified on-call consultants from the Environmental Consultants for Community Plans, Policy Planning and Environmental Review Services bench list (RAMPLA ID# 30706).
