Pneumatic-Tire Forklift with Extended Forks

The City of Warner Robins is soliciting electronic sealed bids for the purchase and delivery of one (1) new, unused pneumatic-tire forklift with extended forks, in accordance with the specifications outlined herein. The forklift must fully comply with all stated requirements. Alternatives or substitutions will not be accepted.
Bids must be submitted through the City’s online procurement system, ION Wave, no later than September 3, 2026, at 4:00 PM (ET). Late submissions will not be accepted.
Potential bidders are encouraged to submit questions requesting clarification or additional information regarding the specifications or solicitation requirements. All questions must be submitted through ION Wave no later than September 1, 2026, at 2:00 PM (ET).
Submission of a bid constitutes the bidder’s acknowledgment and acceptance of all terms, conditions, specifications, and addenda associated with this solicitation.
The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities and technicalities, and accept or reject any bid when determined to be in the City’s best interest. If awarded, the contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder whose bid is determined to be the most advantageous to the City, with price, availability, delivery time, warranty, value, and other relevant factors considered.
