RSO - Construction Cost Estimating Services for Harris Health

Project Description: Harris Health is accepting offers from qualified construction cost estimating firms to provide cost estimation consulting services for Harris Health construction projects on an ad hoc (as needed) basis. Services may include but is not limited to, identifying factors affecting costs; read blueprints and technical documents in order to prepare estimates; collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors; calculate, analyze, and adjust estimates; recommend ways to cut costs; and maintain records of estimated and actual costs for Harris Health construction projects. Construction projects may include hospitals, outpatient facilities, clinics, and specialty care centers.
