We invite all qualified bidders to submit proposals for the procurement, physical installation, software & network integration of additional Ubiquiti equipment to expand the existing video camera system for the purpose of improving the safety at First ARP Rock Hill (hereafter “the church” or “church”). This price DOES NOT include any ongoing system maintenance, monitoring, and/or technical support.
A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting at the church located at 201 East White Street, Rock Hill SC will be held on Wednesday September 10, 2025 at 3:00 PM. At that meeting documentation of the current system will be provided and representatives of the church will answer any questions from bidders. Also, bidders will be able to tour the church facilities to gain an understanding of the installation requirements.
