to award a sole-source, firm-fixed contract to DGA Medical, LLC for the procurement of the
MR Breast Coil with applications and training. This contract is designated for the Radiology South Hillsborough VA Clinic, situated at 12920 Summerfield Crossing Blvd, Riverview, FL 33579. The anticipated award is in compliance with FAR 13.106.1(b), which permits sole-source contracts when only one source can supply the required supplies or services at the necessary quality level due to their unique or highly specialized nature.
