Bidder must complete and return this form for the bid to be considered responsive. A check
mark shall be placed in the areas of specification agreement. Variances must be clearly
identified in the bidder's equipment column, or on a separate sheet if necessary. Failure to

This specification describes a diesel-powered conventional cab truck chassis to be fitted with an
11 or 12-foot heavy-duty dump body. Other features to be included on this truck are an air
operated tailgate latch system, electric tarp system, and double-acting hoist cylinder.
