Construction of stormwater improvements within the McKeithan Watershed on a City owned property that drains into the Crabtree Canal, including two stormwater retention ponds to add storage to the system, and other park features such as walking trails, benches, site landscaping, a pedestrian bridge over Crabtree, and other stormwater improvements.
