The Middletown Housing Authority, of Middletown, Connecticut (MHA), is publishing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit a firm or firms to provide Financial and Housing Management/Enterprise Resource Planning Software to support its Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCV), Low Income Public Housing (LIPH) Program, Finance Department, its State of Connecticut Moderate Rental and Elderly Rental Programs and its other non-program specific affordable housing all as described in the scope of services in this RFP. MHA currently uses HAB as its software related to this scope of services.
