The purpose of this amendment is to specify the date and time for a site visit as follows:

A site visit will be held at the Conte Lab on Tuesday, October 7th at 9am. Park in the main parking lot and the COR will meet you at the main entrance. The address is 1 Migratory Way, Turners Falls, MA 01376.

The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) Conte Anadromous Fish Research Laboratory has a requirement for annual preventative maintenance and routine repair/replacement service for its Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system located at 1 Migratory Way, Turners Falls, Massachusetts. Appendix A provides the Statement of Work.

The period of performance one year after receipt of order. There are four, one-year option periods which may extend the period of performance four years.

This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 238220. The size standard is $19 million. The basis of award is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.

Quote submissions are due on or before 10/13/2025. The anticipated award date of the contract is on or before 11/01/2025. A vendor must be registered at https://www.sam.gov/index.html to be awarded the contract.

All responsible sources may submit a bid or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
