The purpose of this solicitation is to seek services to provide specific tasks to sustain a healthy stand of grass, ensure healthy plant growth, keep all areas clean of litter and debris, and provide an aesthetically pleasing facility. The specifications herein should be used as a guideline of services and not as a replacement for generally accepted landscape maintenance procedures to ensure top end performance.
