Project Description: A phased removal and replacement of chilled water, hot water, dual-temperature and condensate pumps, associated piping, electrical equipment, controllers and fire protection piping modification. Project also includes concrete and bedrock demolition, new concrete slab and wall, new concrete equipment pads and metal guardrail and stair work.
