Summary

Invitation for Bids

The County intends to create a pool of qualified Contractors to supply and install Certified TIFTUF Bermuda Turf Sod (sod) on an as-needed basis, The project described in Attachment A shall be awarded through this solicitation. Subsequent individual projects shall be quoted in accordance with the Scope of Services and awarded to the offeror submitting the lowest responsive lump-sum quote.

The County anticipates an initial contract term of three (3) years.

Refer to the Solicitation Documents and Attachments section for minimum qualifications, scope/specifications, and insurance requirements.

Background

Sarasota County Parks, Recreation and Natural Resources (PRNR) maintain numerous athletic fields that require periodic replacement of Certified TIFTUF Bermuda Turf Sod.
