Request for Proposals – Housing Development Fund Winter FY25
The City of Charlotte is accepting proposals for affordable housing development and preservation through the City’s Housing Trust Fund (“HTF”) and other sources to provide gap financing for the development and preservation of affordable housing. Addendums will be issued should there be additional information.

regarding the Housing Development Fund um as I'm sure you're all aware about a month ago we had a $100 million Bond uh

pass here in the city of Charlotte and we are now kicking off that fund with the announcement of our winter fy2 RFP

introductions go through the back background of the housing trust fund and the Housing Development Fund uh review

the process and schedule that we will be working through upcoming and then reviewing a high level uh eligibility
