Description
The existing boiler chimney flue piping and combustion air supply components, including crown caps, flashing, chimney caps, liners,
and collars, are deteriorating due to rusting and cracking. This deterioration poses a serious risk of hazardous vapors entering the
building, which could compromise indoor air quality and occupant safety. The primary objective of this project is to ensure the safe
and reliable operation of the building’s heating system by replacing the damaged and degraded components of the boiler exhaust
system. A total of 5 boiler stacks will be replaced.
