SUBMISSION OF OFFERS:
All offers shall be received by the CO no later than 04:00 PM CT Wednesday February 4, 2026.

OFFERS MUST INCLUDE:
52.225-2 Buy American Certificate is attached. Offeror shall indicate the Country of Origin for each line item and fill in and sign the Certificate. See Yellow Highlights on Certificate.
852.212-72 Gray Market and Counterfeit Items applies and is included. Offer must include a letter from the manufacturer stating that your firm is an authorized distributor of theirs. The letter must be signed by the manufacturer and not be older than one year.
