The Bulloch Cnty BOC is acpting RFPs to perform disaster-related debris removal svcs after storm events in BC. Prsp vendors shall submit all docs necessary to support the RFP. The deadline for receipt of RFPs is 3:00 p.m. on 02/05/2025. RFP subs shall include all info necessary to rspnd to the RFP, and all reqd docs as indctd in the RFP. There will be a mandatory Vendor¿s Conf held via Microsoft Teams Mtg on 01/27/2025 at 10:00 AM EST. To attend the mtg, vendors must use the link below. The mtg will be locked at 10:00 AM EST, admn will not be allowed after that time.

If your firm is not represented at the Vendor Conf, you will not be allowed to submit a proposal. Questions are to be submitted prior to the Vendor¿s Conf by email to Faye Bragg, fbragg@bullochcounty.net by 3 PM 1/24/25. Use the RFP #, FY2025-PW01 in the email subj line. All questions will be answered at the Vendors Conf. Vendors are responsible for delivery of submittals during normal bus hrs to Bulloch Cnty BOC, Attn: Purchasing Mgr, 115 N Main St, Statesboro, GA 30458. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed clearly marked envelope. The sealed envelope shall contain the wording: Debris Removal Svcs, FY2025-PW01, Attn: Purchasing Manager. Faxed or emailed proposals will not be accepted. RPFs will not be publicly opnd; their receipt will be recorded as rcvd as of the due date/time. The content of all proposals will be kept conf. until after the selection is made. RFPs will be rvwd to ensure conformity w/the specs and other criteria.
