Description:
Aiken County will construct a clinic specifically for the provision of low-cost spay and neuter services for pets in an effort to better control the overpopulation of unwanted animals. For this reason, Aiken County is requesting qualifications from design firms so a suitable firm can be select. The clinic is proposed to be located on County-owned property at 641 May Royal Drive in Aiken. This is a large parcel, but the proposed location is on the specifications along with a “concept drawing”. The approximate size of the facility is 50’ X 75’ or 4,000 SF. The parking area will be paved and have the appropriate number of spaces per the building code.\r\n
