Activation & Occupancy Planner

Project Description: The purpose of this Request for Qualifications is for the selection of an Activation and Occupancy Planner on behalf of EL PASO COUNTY HOSPITAL DISTRICT d/b/a UNIVERSITY MEDICAL CENTER OF EL PASO, (hereinafter UMC). UMC seeks a qualified firm to provide Activation and Occupancy Planning for the UMC 2025 Bond Implementation Projects. Additional information for each project is included in Exhibits C.1, C.2, D.1 and D.2.
The intent is to engage the qualified Activation and Occupancy Planner to work under the direction of the Assistant Administrator of Planning Design and Construction through the completion of the Projects. The Assistant Administrator of Planning, Design and Construction is responsible for the overall management of the UMC 2025 Bond Implementation Plan including contract administration, coordination with other UMC team members, community/education, communication with stakeholders, etc.
Reference Exhibit B for Scope of Work. The selection of the firm will be at the sole discretion of UMC about which Offeror’s Proposal provides the best value to UMC based on the evaluation factors set forth in Section 4 herein.
