Scope of Services
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified companies seeking to provide the following services for OUC on an as needed basis:
-Provide sales of on-road and off-road tires and install tires on OUC vehicles and equipment either at OUC facilities or on designated job sites
-Remove worn or damaged tires from OUC facilities
-Credit OUC for acceptable casings for retreading
-Offer foam filling for tires when required
