1. The Ohio Department of Health, Women, Infant, and Children Services (WIC) is seeking proposals for the ODH for mass texting service. The system should deliver geo-targeted messages to individuals or groups of people via a variety of methods like phone, text, email and more. The system will need to communicate to individuals with land line and mobile phones users through mass notifications with multi-language options and translation capabilities. The awarded supplier must ensure messages are sent and received in a clear format capable of reaching people of multiple languages to improve community engagement ensuring equal access to much needed health and social services.

Offerors will need to review the attached RFP ODH #SRC0000029656.  Each Offeror must submit a technical proposal and cost proposal as part of its total Proposal before the opening time on the Proposal due date. Further, the Offeror must title the electronic files with “ ODH RFP #SRC0000030358/DOH57822 - Technical Proposa l” and " ODH RFP #SRC0000030358/DOH57822 - Cost Proposa l” as appropriate.
