Purpose:
This solicitation is intended to award a purchase order to a supplier on contract
MAC043
PLUMBING MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR
to provide Preventative / other Maintenance and Repair to the Plumbing Pipeline or Pipe Systems by a certified/licensed technician to cover The Ohio Department of Youth Services Juvenile Correctional Facilities. The Service Agreement will cover services from 7/1/2025 through 6/30/2026 .
Site Locations: This solicitation will be separated into 4 lots. Each individual facility will have their own lot. Suppliers must provide a response to each lot they are looking to service. See Documents attached for more information |

This solicitation will be awarded based on the lowest quote for the entire bid and the most responsive and responsible bidder to include delivery, setup, and warranty if applicable. By submitting quote(s) for this solicitation, you are guaranteeing quoted pricing for 60 days. No adjustments are permitted once a purchase order have been generated and received.
