Ohio Department of Health-DOH55842-Bureau of Health Improvement and Wellness-Violence and Injury Prevention Section-Health Systems Comprehensive Care-Tier II-RFP

The Ohio Department of Health (ODH) Violence and Injury Prevention Section (VIPS) aims to reduce the morbidity and mortality related to drug overdose by supporting providers and health systems in the implementation of comprehensive systems of care for substance use disorder (SUD).

Specifically, this contract seeks to increase and improve health system and clinician expertise to provide care for Opioid Use Disorder (OUD) and SUD by building and implementing health systemwide clinical capacity to screen, diagnose, and link individuals to trauma-informed, longitudinal care in the inpatient and primary care settings.

Offerors will need to review the attached RFP DOH55842 SRC0000028712. Each Offeror must submit a technical proposal and cost proposal as part of its total Proposal before the opening time on the Proposal due date. Further, the Offeror must title the electronic files with “DOH RFP #SRC0000028712/DOH55842 - Technical Proposal” and "DOH RFP #SRC0000028712/DOH55842 - Cost Proposal” as appropriate.
