The magnitude of construction is estimated to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
The resulting contract will be firm-fixed-price.
FY25 Everett Hydraulic Dredging Project Details:
Seattle District requires hydraulic dredging of the Snohomish River Federal Navigation Channel Project and maintenance dredging by the U.S. The work includes approximately190,000 Cubic yards (CY) of material from two sections of the Snohomish River Federal Navigation Channel (Sta. 337+07 to Sta. 354+47 and Sta. 65+00 to Sta. 78+00). The material will be dredged by a hydraulic pipeline dredge and placed in Parcel “O” and Jetty Island. Dredging must be occurred within the in-water work window of 16 OCT 2025 through 14 FEB 20
The Everett Harbor and Snohomish River is located on the west coast of Puget Sound in Everett,
Washington. The mouth of the Snohomish River is about 30 miles north of Seattle Washington.
The federally authorized navigation channel is 7 miles long.
