Siesta Key Parking Lot Sweeping

Sarasota County is requesting quotes from bidders to provide sweeping services of the parking lots at three park locations located on Siesta Key. The services shall be provided by the Contractor for 12 months beginning in November 2025.

SERVICE LOCATIONS

1. Parking Lot Location: Siesta Beach
   1. Address: 948 Beach Road, Sarasota, FL 34242
   2. Frequency: once per month between the 1 ^st and 15 ^th of the month
   3. This location shall be swept with a mechanical broom truck and then vacuumed with a vacuum truck, reference Attachment A
2. Parking Lot Location: Turtle Beach
   1. Address: 8918 Midnight Pass Road, Sarasota, FL 34242
   2. Frequency: once per quarter between the 1 ^st and 15 ^th of the month
   3. The pavement near the pavilion shall be vacuumed with a vacuum truck, the other two areas shall be swept with a mechanical broom truck and then vacuumed with a vacuum truck, reference Attachment B
3. Parking Lot Location: Nora Patterson Bay Island Park
   1. Address: 946 Siesta Drive, Sarasota, FL 34242
   2. Frequency: once per month between the 1 ^st and 15 ^th of the month
   3. This location shall be swept with a mechanical broom truck, reference Attachment C

Award will be made to the responsive and responsible bidder providing the lowest total bid price.
DO NOT submit a quote of more than $50,000. In the event no responsive and responsible quotes are received under the quote threshold, the County may elect to cancel this Quick Quote and re-solicit using another procurement method.
