Wetland Mitigation for Wildlife Management Program, Phase 2 (Re-Bid)

This Solicitation is for the purchase of State of Florida (State) Uniform Mitigation Assessment Method (UMAM) wetland Mitigation Credits to fully offset 0.18 UMAM Functional Loss (FL) units of unavoidable State palustrine/freshwater herbaceous wetland impacts and the purchase of 0.85 UMAM FL units of palustrine/freshwater forested wetland impacts from an adjacent basin.

The Awarded Respondent shall own or represent a State permitted wetland Mitigation Bank that is authorized to sell UMAM wetland Mitigation Credits required pursuant to State Environmental Resource Permit (ERP) and UMAM Florida Administrative Code (FAC) regulations and issued ERPs. The Authority intends to purchase State wetland Mitigation Credits from the Respondent with the lowest responsive and responsible Bid.

It is the Authority's understanding that no UMAM credits of functional gain are available within the Tampa Bay Basin. Respondents should contact the Procurement Agent as soon as possible if their Mitigation Bank has the requested Mitigation Credits within the Tampa Bay Basin.
