This solicitation will be issued through BidNet's Maryland Purchasing Group ( https://www.bidnetdirect.com/maryland/montgomerycounty ). In the spirit of continuous improvement, Montgomery County utilizes this platform to post solicitations and accept electronic responses from vendors. The media must be stored in an enclosed, temperature-stable environment accessible only to the authorized vendor and Court personnel. The facility must be located in Montgomery County.

DVDs must be picked up by the Contractor each week on an agreed-upon date and time. Usually, between 12-15 DVDs are produced a week. This requirement may diminish or be eliminated entirely as the use of cloud storage increases. Existing reels and DVDs will still need to be stored securely.

Reels or DVDs must be delivered as requested on the agreed-upon pick-up date. Emergency deliveries on other business days must be offered.
An online inventory system of court media must be provided to the Court to track and update inventory and make delivery requests. Each tub of reels and DVD is numbered and should be

included in the inventory system. The Court will input the DVD numbers going to the storage facility each week via this system. Requests for tubs or DVDs to be delivered will be requested via this system.
