Dane County is soliciting applications from organizations interested in the Homebuilding project area, which is the development of affordable new housing for low-and-moderate income residents of the Dane County Urban County Consortium. Homebuilding is defined as new construction of single-family homes, paired with the Mortgage Reduction Assistance loan for the low- to moderate-income household purchasing the home. Funding is expected to be available under the HUD-funded Home Investment Partnership (HOME) funds.
