Project Description: The Work to be included in the Construction Contract is generally described as removing and replacing the Variable Refrigerant Flow (“VRF”) unit as well as the EVAP system at the EMS in Star, Idaho, as more specifically detailed in the Project Manual specifications and drawings (the “Project”).
