Project Description: The Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) Health Facilities Engineering (HFE) Department seeks to obtain comprehensive services for the preventative maintenance, inspection, repair, and 24/7 emergency call-out of Air Handling Units (AHU) and Ventilation Systems and all other equipment listed on Exhibit A located in Anchorage, Alaska. The purpose of these services is to ensure the continuous and reliable operation of the air handling units (AHU) and ventilation systems to include, dampers/actuators, air filtration, condenser coils, evaporator coils, heat exchangers, blower motors/fans, diffusers/grilles, smoke dampers, sensors, variable air volume (VAV) boxes, constant air volume (CAV), actuators, ductwork, and all associated components, with minimal risk of failure. There will be add alternates for AHU and ventilation system inspection, preventative maintenance, repair, and 24/7 emergency call-out at additional locations.
