This Pre-Solicitation notice is not a request for formal proposals or quotes. The Department of Veterans Affairs VISN 6, Hampton VA Medical Center intends to solicit proposals from contractors in the Open Market to procure the Brand Name or Equal Electric Vehicle for Hampton VA Medical Center located at 100 Emancipation Drive Hampton VA 23667.
