o

Should the proposal use the whole budget of $425,000? Or is it desirable to save money and
o

Proposals that go over the budget of $425,000 will be rejected. However, there are
no proposal scoring criteria that consider whether the proposal is right at the
budgeted amount or less than. Once a supplier is selected, Missoula Parks & Rec
may want to make some changes to the design that would result in a different
contract amount than what the proposal showed.
