Countywide Ramp Intersection Safety Plan Professional Planning and Public Outreach Services

Project Description: The Alameda County Transportation Commission (Alameda CTC) invites you to submit a proposal to provide professional planning and public outreach services for the Alameda CTC Countywide Ramp Intersection Safety Plan (CRISP). The anticipated performance period is for an initial period of 36 months from May 2026 to April 2029, with options for up to 2 additional years of service.
This contract will be funded in whole by Congestion Management Agency (CMA) member fees and as such, will not be subject to the Alameda CTC Local Business Contract Equity Program. However, Alameda CTC strongly encourages each proposer to consider the use of local and/or small business enterprises in its proposal.
Responses should be submitted in accordance with the requirements and instructions set forth in this Request for Proposals (RFP). The RFP documents have been posted on Alameda CTC’s Procurement Portal. Prospective proposers are responsible for registering and submitting proposals via the Procurement Portal.
